Rule 2: Tag that staff member in your refund request (That staff member has to tell his story before your request gets approved).

Could you tell us what happened, what did you do before your fridges disappeared? Please give us more information. Simply telling us your fridges disappeared is NOT a valid reason. Because, who knows? Maybe somebody stole them.

So i came back to my base after getting food and droped food to my friend then the fridges just vanished when i was walking over to them
