Could you tell us what happened, what did you do before your fridges disappeared? Please give us more information. Simply telling us your fridges disappeared is NOT a valid reason. Because, who knows? Maybe somebody stole them.

When you are next online, please go to the 'Refund Request' NPC located in the bank to collect your refund.
