During a Gas Station Robbery, a Bites food truck proceeded to run me over while I was shooting at the suspects. Although the video doesn't show the two drivers hitting me, you can hear a vehicle's acceleration before I go into Critical Condition. After I was down, the occupants of the food truck stated, "Buy Food" and "We got the cop for you."

After the Swat Officer, a suspect, and I got revived by the paramedics, I asked the suspect (the witness for this report) whether he saw a food truck hitting me, to which he responded yes. The food truck drivers have no in-game reason for running me over as an uninvolved party at the Gas Station Robbery.

As seen in the video, the Food Truck was the only vehicle in the Gas Station vicinity on 201 Central Avenue.

Here is the same incident, but from my POV (I was the one Bui was shooting at in gas station when incident occurred).
You can definitely see the food truck was in the spot Bui was at the time when I peaked after ducking in cover, so it did seem like he VDM'd him intentionally.

After further review I find the player to be in violation of the rules listed below:

• FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
• FTVL - Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts.

Both of the player were failing to value their lives and were sticking around in a middle of the chase and also were "helping" the people in gas station. I was not able to find out which one of them ran you over, but due to them breaking these rules they will be both receiving 2 warning points each.
