Request reason: I was coming out of the P.D (Police Department) as I had just spawned my car, I took a left towards the Gun Store and proceeded to wait for a green light, My light turned green and as I went to go right a Car came from Bank towards Outskirts, since I saw him run a Red Light I proceeded to put on my lights and sirens and follow him and whilst doing so he ran another red light, I was about to call backup as he had just ran the stop-sign, I proceeded to follow him as he went off-road *driving crazy*, finally he pulled over and out of fear of him running away which is logical I placed a Spike Strip underneath his car, away from the tires but enough so he wouldn't be able to run away. He then pushed his car back which popped the tires, he wanted compensation I asked for some I.D and when he stepped out of the car I arrested him, it was rather a smooth stop. After placing him in handcuffs I picked up my spike strip and placed him into my car, I was going to take him down to the station search him and place him into a questioning room to ask him more detailed questions. As I arrived to the P.D (Police Department) he logged out.
