Relevant Evidence: My friend was about to be detained by a police officer, and he was trying to handcuff him for trying to get into the car. I pulled a gun and shot him 4 times with a Makarov, and Phil grabbed me. I didn't kill him, it was attempted so Phil Lostic said "I'm giving you 2 options, drop the gun or I'm banning you for 6 hours." At this time I told him that he had no reason to take my gun here, seeing as it was an admin situation, so I said no. I told him that he couldn't do this, so he then banned me for 6 hours.
