Alright, Apecengo, I hope you are reading this.
What happened was, I was upstairs in my apartment, I was making cocaine. I was AFK for around 5 minutes, I came back, and my friend who i was basing with had a gun out. I was very concerned. He was telling me that we were about to get raided. I stayed in the apartment for 3 minutes, in that 3 minute period I was told that there were enemy gang members in the lobby (Remember this part as it is a crucial piece of this whole story.) I went out my room, got in the elevator, and saw the enemy gang member in the lobby. I proceed to shoot him. Then the person I shot metagamed right off the bat in OOC that I killed him.
I cannot make cocaine or defend myself anymore just because of a weapon blacklist for 72 hours. I'm in the wrong here cause of me killing him w/out initiating or anything. Sorry.
