3 Friends having this Error- Windows 7

Hey guys, 3 of my friends on Windows 7 cannot connect to the server they are getting this Windows Helvetica font error ill attack a pic below, they usually play fine but as of 5/16/18 they all have this error, they can join other servers fine just yalls. Thanks for any input yall might have.

Have them verify Gmod as a first step. If there's still issues I'll help look at some more in-depth efforts.
