What happened: i was accidently killed, so a man took me into the underground parking lot and got ems to revive me, when ems did i was unsucessful to pick up my items, so the ems did but instead of trading them to me he dropped them and we both were not able to pick them up, @Nick said that they werent able to do anything and he told me to make a refund request
