Date and time of loss: Around 10:34 P.M. MST (12:24 A.M. EST) on January 22nd, 2020
What happened: I wanted to test drive a car that cost $155,000, so I withdrew $80,000 from my bank account. After test driving the car, I continued to browse the list of cars. While browsing, my game crashed. At the time of my crash I had $82,604 in my wallet and $68,162 in my bank account. When I reconnected, I had $2,604 in my wallet and the same $68,162 in my bank account. The $80,000 just vanished. I checked my garage and I do not have any new vehicles.
What do you need refunded: The $80,000 that was deleted from my wallet.
Evidence: I was not recording at the time of the incident, since I was simply test driving cars. I also could not use Shadowplay, since the game was closed and I didn't expect something like this to happen. An Administrator talked to me about the situation, and said he could see that the $80,000 had been withdrawn and not gone anywhere, but that he could not refund it and that I needed to make a forum post so a Developer could investigate. I am hoping that there is sufficient proof in the logs that the money was withdrawn and never went anywhere. Attached are screenshots of my current wallet and bank balances, as well as proof that my garage isn't even worth $80,000 combined. I am also aware that this is a potentially unique case, so I hope that it can be resolved. Thank you for your help, this is a significant amount of money to me and I hope this can be resolved.
