Relevant Evidence: I'm going to be clear with this one, The pc I use is trash its a old shity laptop that barely runs your server I was driving my car when suddenly my screen locked up for a few minutes before crashing I restarted gmod preparing to relog but to my disappointment and my frustration I was banned from the server. I assumed that because I was driving my car (and my game freezeing for a good few minutes) I was afk on the server and I assume a cop tried to ticket me. This situation is unpreventable sadly due to the fact that I only get so low fps walking driving makes it so much worse.

The big problem is that you firstly got killed and left seconds later to then reconnect and do the same thing again, to avoid the death timer. Secondly lag/ fps problems are not valid excuses to use in RP situations, if you are unable to control your vehicle due to these problems then you simply don't drive at all. Your actions from what I saw looking up your logs did not in anyway suggest you were intending to RP, take this break to think over your actions and read through the server rules.

I think I was drowning from a bug I thought I was banned for crashing while driving I was bugged and ended up drowning for some odd reason.
