Relevant Evidence - Well i was banned for a horrible accident when i was alot younger i used to play on this weird server it was like a year and a half ago i was very immature and this server would allow that kinda stuff and it was ok to say because on there server it was considered "RP" and i had this bind and this will sound weird but this is what is what the Bind said "Bind "F" Hey im 5'2 15yrs old and looking to give sexual favors in return for money" idk everyone knows how cancer normal gmod servers are unlike this amazing server i loveed playing and so when i was running i accidentally clicked that bind button "F" and it said that awful /ooc I completely forgot about from a year ago i cant explain to everyone how sorry i am on the server for my awful msg i had accidentally sent if theres a way i can personally apologize to everyone who had to read it i would. Also id like to note that the person who banned me said after my ban my friend read that he said i had 4 previous bans and i was on one of my alts first of all that is all completely not true i only have 1 ban and you can prove that by checking my account on the server. Id also like to not that I am a rank Police Sergeant which can also be looked up and checked for proof and thats takes a good amount of time to achieve theres no reason for me to do this to myself on my favorite server i have invested atleast 50hrs + into please believe me when i say this was an accident and that bind now has been removed and will never happen again. Another thing id like to add is.... well first let me say that i know Staff have final decision and i cant argue that but Even if my intent was to not RP and say that horrible msg on purpose i dont believe that it should result in such a brutal consequence such as a permanent ban from the server people get banned for spamming and fail rp and mass vdming for like 15hrs - 7days and i said a msg that was a complete accident and it results in a perm ban. Also id like to note that after this msg was said i had no way to say that it was a bind accident because of the ooc cool down and i did not have 250 on me to advert that it was an accident before i was banned. Oh and one last thing id like to say my friend spoke with 2 other admins and one said he would change the ban to 2hours but went offline and the other said that my consequence was unfair. please forgive me thank you.
The admin that said he would change it to 2hrs was Johnathan Michael's and i dont know the others name.
