What am I missing? It is the exact same SteamID

The difference is in the first slot. The steamid you have in this thread has a 1 at the beginning( isnt your real steamid ) and when you use steamid.io it doesn't add that 1 or any other unnecessary numbers, making it easier on our part to handle the refund request.
