Brief Explanation: I made a player report on Aaron Monster already, he decides to come over and talk about it while in character, we got in a tiny argument and around 30 sec to 1 min later he comes over with a gun and decides to mug me, out of the around 5 people there, (might be a coincidence) and he then takes me to the back of the Car-Wash area, he then tells me "BE QUIET AND HUG THE WALL", so I do so. He then says "Don't talk, tell me if you have any guns or money." I then shake my head to signal No, I don't have guns, and he keeps saying "Do you?" So I put in LOOC "You said don't talk", after a while he never read it so I decided to spam it and he never read it (coincidence?) he then blasted me in the back of the head.

@Gregg just thought I'd add, I'm not exactly sure but NEAR when @DangerRanger teleported to me for a sit about it, he decided to leave. Just another "coincidence" possibly.

Okay so, this is a mess.

I'm accepting this, the video shows a clear RDM. The player complied completely, and you said quote "Do not speak or I will kill you", in which he complied under FearRP, you can't tell someone you'll kill them for talking them ask them a question. His player was clearly shaking, to indicate he didn't have a gun, as this was the only way you allowed him to speak to you. He also talked in LOOC, saying you told him quote not to talk or he will be killed. That is extremely unfair that you'd force a player to not talk, them to do the entire RP situation and not break the rules, only to be killed because he didn't speak when you told him not to.

I have told you time and time again that you need to understand how to mug, take people hostage, and raid people on here. This is not the first time, and this will be the last time it is explained to you. You cannot give orders that contradict another order. For instance, if you want a player to speak, don't tell them you'll kill them for speaking. Tell them in RP they are now allowed to speak and won't be killed if you have a question.

You will receive a 2 month ban for your actions. Not only is the RDM blatant, but why would you walk up to him, and ask him in RP about the report, then immediately mug him. It makes 0 sense, and I expect a change in behavior. You have a whopping amount of offenses, and you need more time to learn. Please use these 2 months to get familiar with our rule-set again, so this situation does not happen again.
