Reason for Report: Abuse of administrative powers
Time of Occurrence: 8:30 P.M. EST 7/27/2017
Evidence to support your claim: chat logs leading to my ban, your moderator said he recorded the event.
Additional members involved/witnessing: A donator named "a depressed seal" may provide something to add

Some moderator kicked the wrong guy. He explained it in chat. The kicked guy came back and was like "wtf dude?". Some observer said something a bit snarky, if I can remember correctly, to which the moderator replied "cut the BS [player's name]" then the guy said something else in chat a minute later pretty random trying to change the topic to illustrate how strange it was for the admin to be so hostile. I said in chat "cut the bs [same player's name] ironically. This moderator was quite agitated and decided to TP to me. At the time this moderator did, I was using +attack command to mine a fresh ore. I was choosing a song out of game to listen to and when I pulled the game back up, the ore was at 76% and the moderator was harassing me. I told him I didn't want any trouble. Then he accused me of using an autoclicker because i swung the pickaxe in the air. I told him about the +attack command, then he told me that I disrespected him in chat. At this time I told him I was recording him (I wasn't) because I thought he was just trying to bully me. He told me that he was recording as well. Keep in mind that my side is all in text chat. I was then phys-gunned into the air and banned for 1 month for "disrespecting admin in OOC. AFK +Attack". Please do something about him so that I can be unbanned. I'm not going to appeal while he is still in charge of the case.
The ban is excessive and inaccurate.
This took place on server 2.

It would be helpful if someone with access to the chat logs would post screenshots of them in this thread. It's very relevant.. and I don't know if they're wiped every day.

There's literally no proof of this happening. Why didn't you make screenshots or actually tried to record?

Well let me explain my side to this.

People in the server got pretty pissed that i by accident kicked the wrong guy and i did apologise to him as soon as he came back as well.
I was telling them to stop, and most did. but the guy i said "cut the bs" to he kept going that's why i wrote like i did. Might not be correct of me but what's done is done. He understood my point and stopped. Then you decided to copy what i said and was trying to make it into a joke. When i made it clear to everyone to drop it. This is where i decided to tp to you to tell you that i found that extremely disrespectful towards me. When i got there i talked to you for a long time, trying to get your attention, you didn't move at all. Then i lifted you a bit with my physgun to see if that would help, but still nothing. I then dragged you away from the ore u where mining at that time. you just kept mining in nothing. I kept talking to you and lifting you, but you didn't react at all. Then finally you started moving, i told you that i found it disrespectful towards me to mug me off like that in OOC, when i made it very clear i didn't want to hear more of it.

I was harassing you? in what way??? I was, as mentioned trying to get you to talk and stop using the +Attack or autoclicker.
You never said or typed that you didn't want any trouble? so pls do not lie.

About the +Attack, i also told you it is allowed if you are not afk. But to me you seemed to be afk, and i had been standing there for some time trying to make you talk to me.

I pulled you into the air cuz you didn't answer anything i asked you? you just walked around.

i then decided to give you a 1 day ban for disrespecting(making fool of) me in OOC and for using +Attack afk.
When i was almost done with the ban you wrote this:

I wasn't too bothered about it at the time because I wouldn't be bothered enough to make the report for a day ban, which I expected if he went through with his "disrespect" narrative. I assumed you'd have logs for my hits and my chat, and I'm pretty sure you do.

It was more pointed at the guy, besides, I thought you were supposed to be 21 years old. When i made it clear to everyone to drop it. What I said wasn't related to the false kick, it was related to you. This is where i decided to tp to you to tell you that i found that extremely disrespectful towards me. I found what you said extremely disrespectful towards the innocent playerbase. When i got there i talked to you for a long time, trying to get your attention, you didn't move at all. It literally couldn't have been that long. Then i lifted you a bit with my physgun to see if that would help, but still nothing. No one was near me before i went to pick a new song, and apparently after being thrown around quick substantially, I was still mining the same spot. Then I backed off from the ore and you claimed that since I had just hit the air, I must be using an autoclicker. Then finally you started moving, i told you that i found it disrespectful towards me to mug me off like that in OOC, You disrespected a player. when i made it very clear i didn't want to hear more of it. It's not all about you, and your apology was lackluster in my opinion.

Then I turned my mic on and started talking to you as I was in the air.

You disrespected a player, yelled at me, kicked the wrong player, and froze me in air for no reason. I was feeling quite the disrespect from you, and you represent the server.
There you have the reason why the ban was made 1 Month sir.

Go ahead and create a complete fabrication since I said I did not record. Do you have your recording? No, because you didn't record. You just wanted to bully me. let me just add some things to your account of the event

I believe the defendant's own account of the event gives evidence as to why this moderator acts unhinged and disrespects the image of the server.

1 month was to harsh. But dont mug any staff member off like that again.
