Reason for Report: Cecil claimed I had no reason to code red him, however, I disagreed. Therefore, he made a report and during the sit, he picks me up with a physgun and tries to show me how he was right in the incident. The problem here is that he wasn't the mod handling the sit, therefore, he has no right to pick me up but instead wait for the admin handling the sit to make any and all types of moves. He was not on duty when he picked me up with his physgun and he tried to show dominance by picking me up and abusing his power. When I confronted him about this he replied with "whatever". The moderator handling the report seemed to pay no attention to this either but rather ignore it. If I'm in a sit with the opposing party being a mod/admin they have no right to use any of their granted powers as at that time they are a player just like the rest of us.

Yes that did happen i jumped out of my car and vanished because I got used to being the only staff on this late at night. When I remembered there as more staff I made a report about it. Doesn't matter what you're used to, you're obviously trying to find an excuse right now. But you clearly admit you vanishing right there was completely uncalled for and an abuse of power.

And I decided to find out why you code red me while you were in the middle of a busy road giving a ticket. It would have be as simple as "Hey can you pull over to the side" Witch is something might I add you should be doing. Vanishing changed the fact I couldn't talk to you right at that given moment. You were gonna try to bring me to the roof ASAP is what you're saying. So yes I did lose a lot. You CDMed that man on purpose and now don't wanna face the consequence.

No matter what, Cecil was code red for harming a civilian. The cop had every right to disable your vehicle. The fact that you exited the vehicle and went into noclip is not acceptable. Therefore Cecil will be warned for this misuse.

Due to the fact that all outgoing audio source is muted no further actions will be taken.

Any evidence that has your audio-input (your microphone) muted and not recorded will automatically be invalidated and not be used for a final verdict. All audio sources need to be recorded to use a video as valid evidence.
