Accidentally rebound my open menu key to Mouse1

I was trying to change my in game menu key back to q and accidentally set it to mouse 1. I tried to change it back through Gmod options but I cannot do it that way. And I can't click anything in the in game menu to revert it. Is there a console command or anything that I can change it back?

Okay I fixed it by putting my hands up and opening the menu at the exact same time. It cancelled out the open menu click and allowed me to click in the menu without closing it
