can confirm. he has logs of the weapon being confiscated and he cannot retrieve it from the locker.

@John Buck Did you become deceased in a firefight or die at any point before going to the pd, additionally did you wait more than half an hour. If so the gun would be automatically removed from the locker and you would not be able to get it.

I had informed him to make the refund request because at the time only 10 minutes had passed and logs did not show a death. I initially thought the evidence locker was just bugged and he lost his item. But if you see above he admits to having died.
