Ban Appeal Claim: I believe I should be unbanned because it was a whole misunderstanding at which no one was hurt in the process of. During the bank raid me and all bank raiders including me were having fun because we were waiting 30 mins for the bank to restock so we said some jokes in the vault witch were off the books and not intended to disrupts someones gaming experience. Everyone was fine with the jokes and had no problems. //// After all of that the bank raid begun and I was left in the vault Grabbing the money with 9 mins left all of a sudden the timer glitches and gets off my screen, I TRIED calling staff but instead @Tyler or someone in the vault RDM’s me not giving me the chance to call staff at that point I was deceased and had to do something IRL and left AND never joined back for the rest of the night as SENIOR ADMINS told me before “you are allowed to leave if you ARE deceased and did not do anything wrong such as Avoiding a sit BUT you cannot join back until 5-6 mins after you deceased timer and cannot go back to the location you died at.” Like i said I had something to do IRL and left and in addition I never intentionally disrupted or incourage any bullying at any point in time of me inside of the bank. This was all a misunderstanding so I’m asking you if you could please be Lenient and let me go with a warning as I never harmed anyone’s gaming experiences.

From reading I can tell you are sorry about what happened that being the case for next time try to let staff know you are leaving that way we can avoid this in the first place. So I will drop your 3 day ban to 1 day once I get your steam Id you seem to have left it out. However I will keep it 1 day because of ERP (Added 2.26 Any roleplay involving any type of sexual intercourse is strictly forbidden.) even if you are kidding NO ERP of any kind is aloud even if you are joking. I will get back tonight after work have your steam id here for me to change your ban time Thank you.

I don’t want to sound like as if I’m bickering but may the ban be lifted because I never had a case with ERP and I never intended it as ERP but only as a joke, I promise it won’t happen again. In addition I invited my cousin yesterday to the server and he’s only going to be on today and tomorrow and was wondering if you can let this slide as I’d like to play with him , please and thank you for your kindness. @Sealion

Sure i can explain my self, people were dropping food in the banks such as hot-dogs, and corn and so i said let me throw my carrot down too as a joke, that was not sexual in any such way nor did anyone in the bank vault assume it was sexual except for you. you can go ask @Sam Wong @Fever @JosephStalin agree that it was not sexual, you must have a dirty/ inappropriate mind to think that. @Tyler

Those were false quotes as i also made one towards sam wong in OOC cause everyone was fucking around so before you back your friend up get eveidence cause i never pm'd tyler that. Now both of you @Tyler and @HiddenBush please stop harassing me as this is a friendly environment on the forums..

As I have stated from before clearly a rule was broken as me, Tyler, and Hiddenbush have seen the logs and can all agree that this was clearly Erp. You have already served about a day of your ban so I am going to still lower it to 1 day now. That would be 2 days for Erp and I forget about the disconnecting since you clearly are sorry for this. In the future however I would advise saying something in ooc before you disconnect right when you die especially during a bank heist. This is so when staff is giving out punishments we do not have to add more time to your ban. So were done here.
