Ban Reason: "STARTING DRAMA IN OOC" SO HE CLAIMS...
Unban Reason: That it isnt even close to the truth at all.... this man did me so dirty its not even funny so what happened was a player was bulling me and braging about themselfs and i just was letting them have it man. i said 1 thing and it was more then you more then you period. then this staff member said to stfu so all i said was i was in the rules and that this guy started it and wont leave me alone so right after that he kicked me and when he kicked me i lost my important hard earned equipment over something so petty because some staff member was power hungry anyhow i joined and let him know i lost my stuff and he didnt care nor say to make a report on forrum and as i was just looking for a guide or help instead of directing me to it he did nothing and before i got baned for 12 hours for somebody elses conflict and problems with me and a staff member who gave no look into the problem at all and right when i said i will not use ooc and i will make a report by myself.. sense i had no idea how to tell a staff i used this ooc chat its not my fault that the administrator didnt tell me to what to do or guide me/ point in a direction to make a report while in game. instead i got tossed in the air a few times arrested tazed and tossed in the air some more and i even have photo evidence and time showing when this happened... anyhow im tired of the low-key power abuse on the game ive been playing sense i was as young as some of the people who just started playing and compared to the staff who just started working for monolith a month to a few years ago i do not deserve to be so unrightfully and unfairfully treated and any other staff member or superior would agree that this situation could have been handled better by step 1. assessing the situation and investigating step 2 kicking the child who was bullying/harassing me. step 3 then point me in the direction to file a report and a return claim... this staff member did absoletly nothing but waste my time waste yours by making this report and to make it worst by making me loose my valuables and not even trying to figure the situation out so he could punish the person who caused all of this to happen instead he thought it would be fun to ignore me throw me in the air and tell me to stfu imature and just plain out disgusted with how low the bar has been set on the server bring back the respect and honor and stop letting little kids with low self esteem and high emotional itegrity have power and expect them to be good boys and girls and get the job done irl im a law firm and this is why we would never let someone as impcopetent as your friend. id like to also know the steamid of the person within my session who was harassing and bullying me and caused my ban so i can press charges with the court of law because he was breaking the law of the united states of america by harassing me and bombarding me. im also black and i wonder if maybe that has to do with the way i was treated as well... p.s i have proof of the incident!

YES, YOU WARNED ME AND I STOPED THEN I STARTED TALKING ABOUT MY STUFF I LOST DUE TO YOUR WARNING METHOD WHICH WAS KICKING ME SO INSTEAD OF TELLING ME HOW TO GET MY STUFF BACK OR GIVING IT BACK YOU BANED ME FOR 12 HOURS YUP NOT STAFF ABUSE/ADMIN ABUSE AND SENSE THIS APEAL AND REPORT IS ABOUT YOU YOU CANT CLOSE OR SAY ITS BEEN SOLVED OR HANDLED SO ID APRECIATE YOU NOT REMOVING IT AS IT JUST SHOWS HOW TRULY BAD OF A STAFF MEMBER YOU ARE AND TO TOP IT OFF HAS LEGAL DOCUMENTATION AND NUMBERS POSTED AS IT IS EVIDENCE BECAUSE IM RICH AND PRESSING CHARGES AND YOUR MAKING IT WORST BY DELETING/ TAMPERING WITH SAID POST WHICH CAN RESULT IN INCARCERATION SO DO IT AGAIN AND THIS TIME I WILL BE FORCED TO LET THE AUTHORITIES TAKE ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND ARREST YOU FOR TAMPERING WITH/EDITING GOVERMENT EVIDENCE!!!!!!!
