Aim assist?

I have a few videos of players sniping people out of hospital and players with strange movements.

Like how They aim at my body then another car then back to their car. It seems weird just wondering if it is because usually players are more smooth with how they turn with a gun.

or in this clip where I get a head shot and I am dead instantly.
