I was killed from failure to fear roleplay, WhiteWolf banned him for 6 hours and told me to make this refund request, I had an AK on my back which I hope whitewolf saw but I have no proof of losing, I also lost a m1911

How much do you need refunded: avg price of ak is 15k so around 13k

So the person that killed you actually didn't break any rules. FearRP only really applies if someone is fearing for their live within reasonable doubt. You shot at the dude, meaning his best bet for staying alive was shooting back. I personally would not give you a refund.

Fairs, However I shot once, as in a warning shot into the air. It didn't hit him nor was it repetetive
