At the moment please wait till the decision of the Player Report has been determined, I will outline if a refund is available and list the items that are to be refunded for you, your friends will more likely need to make a refund request on their own with evidence unless I can determine it in the evidence provided.

Regarding your Player Report. After a discussion with you on Discord and outlining the situation with the possible rule violations, I have come to the conclusion that based on the statements made by you and the evidence provided it is insufficient to deem a rule violation. This decision was made based on the Sever Rules, 2.5.7:

You may not build unfair defences. Both parties (attacking and defending) need to be able to look each other into the eyes. Unfair defences include defences where the attacking party is unable to shoot the defending party without crouching, but the defending party being able to shoot them right away.

To conclude, the Player Report on "Samleboy" (STEAM_0:1:40139272) is denied as there isnt enough evidence to support a rule violation listed in your request reason, you will not be able to be refunded, you and your friends for this situation.
