Ban Reason: RDM x1
Time of Occurrence: Around 1-2 PM (Pacific Time)
Relevant Evidence: None, but what happened was, I was given a ticket for farming on " Public Property " I ran to my premium locker to get a gun to kill the officer. I killed him but, he was later revived. I realized what I had done came back to the body of the officer seeing that he was revived I told the admin the truth instantly not lying at all but, I was banned 3 days for RDM x1. I know that my actions were not acceptable but, seeing that it was a 3 day ban from what I did I feel like it isn't right. I'm pretty sure this is a hefty ban just for a first offense. I realized what I had done and I'm sorry for what I did (Apologizing To James Hawke). I'm just hoping that the ban can be reduced. I don't seek to be unbanned from what I had done. All I'm hoping for is a ban reduction.

Well, personally. You weren't be really respectful when I was roleplaying as police officer. I ticketed alot of people today for farming the same area as you and I do recall many including you were cursing me OOC and taking things out of character.

In any case, RDM is RDM and while you may have had a reason to kill me, it was done so invalidly as I had no weapon drawn and you simply walked up to me as you mentioned a few minutes after giving you a small ticket and gunned me down without any roleplay. I resigned from the staff team so I won't really comment further whether you should receive a shorter sentence but what I will say is if you have learned from your mistake, then I would support perhaps a shorter ban length.

I was ticked off at the time because, really I didn't know that was a public area and I was told by multiple people that it wasn't. It really isn't something someone would be mad at but yeah...
