There is currently a bug on the server which is currently causing people not being able to pick up their guns. I've tried picking them up myself and even removing them and it does not work. I have told people to make refund requests and have told TJ about this issue.

This is being denied for 2 reasons. Firstly, you cannot make refund requests for items you did not have in the first place. Second, you do not have any evidence whatsoever.
