Your evidence to support your claim:I was haveing a hostige and took him to pd he was a cadet they had no intent to nagosiat i said multible time to go away or he dies and they just kept following with guns pointed at me even though i said multible times to stop or he dies the cadet then went to open the door and was stalling and then when he opened it there was a officer waiting in there and when i looked over they shot me even though i roleplayed that i had my arm rapped around him with gun to his head and thry just didnt roleplay at all in its stupid when i have a hostige they should always be listening in real life if i had a hostage and i looked to my left for .5 secs they wouldnt shoot me

PS: I think you should spectate him more often because a few days ago hey decided when we wherew shooting at him in out base to go into ghost mode so we couldnt shoot him

Can't say anything for the report part, I know we're typically not supposed to weigh in on these, but I wanted to address this point.
I've myself run into trouble with hostage situations like this.
Essentially the ruling has is been, if you can get an 'in' to shoot the kidnapper, it's valid. I'm not personally pleased with it and I've raised the discussion many times, but I now accept this is the way it is, and I very much doubt that will be changed.
The justification is in that keeping it this way uncomplicates situations, and prevents too much power on the kidnapper.

It's a situation that can be very easy to feel angry about, and I know myself that's very much fuelled more by being beaten than it is an injustice.
My advice is to understand that defeat is inevitable in some situations, and that is okay. Ultimately the main goal should be supporting RP. I've found that's worked very well in latter issues such as this.

As I say, I can't speak for the other parts of this post, but I felt this might help you.

i dont care avout loosing it was a tommy gun thats like 3k just the fact that you guys didnt rp at all i was never contacted to nagosiat and i feel you came in with the intent to kill . you didnt give me my deminds even when they where so simple to stop pointing guns at me

Me and another SWAT Officer (Dmoz) tried to confront you and do negotiations, we never heard you say a word to us when you were at PD holding the cadet at gunpoint. When you were telling the cadet to open the door, you kept turning around staring at us or looking at the wall for a few seconds. Then, when you were behind the first door of the PD entrance, you kept turning around giving us a chance to shoot you (gun not on the cadet). The cadet easily could've ran away multiple times because you kept turning around and pointing your guns at us. We took our shot, you turned to the sergeant or cadet that was on your side and started shooting them. You killed either the sergeant that was flanking you or the cadet,but you were dead right after from us shooting you.

10 minutes before you going into PD, the only negotiations you had were " I want my friend out of jail ", but when we were searching for the cadet and found a cadets dead body, we thought that was the cadet you had hostage because the other 2 cadets online were actively speaking on radio and at PD so we knew it wasn't one of them.

We asked the cadet multiple times where would we drop him off, where are you, what else does he want. There was no response

Hi yes I was mentioned to be at seen. He kept turning to see around him during the situation. Mutiple officers approached around him in many angles. Multiple times we tried to talk to him about what he wanted and the demands to be met. As those he refused to speak by part saying lower weapons. So 5-8 officers were around him and Alex ^ took the first shot and I fired taking him down w/ a shotgun. Now this was very hard to determine since seconds dont last long. He did kill a cadet but not the hostage one. Once down he decided to disrespect the f*ck out of us calling mutiple times to be austic in ooc and after being revived by EMS.
