Reason for Report: Taking Sides. He gave the player a verbal warning and warned me for RDM and Rda The Rda was not true because the guy Was jaywalking and I pulled him over where he ran into the supermarket where I aimed my taser at him and he put his hands up then took them down and ran to the atm and I handcuffed there I put him in my car and he hopped out about 5 times and then I aimed my Deagle at his head and said stay in the car he hopped out again where I let one shot into him and he was pronounced deceased. I was told I should have and tased him and dragged him from the supermarket to pd which would have taken very long with him running every chance he gets. and admins take very long to respond at night.

Well, you should've made a !report for him jumping out the car before you shot him, not after. Don't take situations into your own hands when an admin can handle it.

Also, he admitted to jumping out and I explained that it is against the rules and FailRP. He received a verbal warning. You admitted to blatantly RDMing him, so I gave you warning points for that and a verbal warning for the false arrest. Jaywalking does not equal an arrest, nor does disrespecting police. You can confront him for the jaywalking rather than immediately trying to tase him. It didn't seem like he was trying to run from you, as he just went to the ATM. It's also possible that he wasn't aware of you at all.

Simply put, wait for admins before shooting people for no reason.

He told me exactly as he said: he killed someone for not complying at gunpoint as a cop, I told him he should have been using a tazer, and if the suspect kept hopping out of the car he should have made a report.

The rdm was wrong but not the false arrest

He ran there while I had my taser aimed and the chief asked me why I had him at taser point I explained because he ran and he agreed it was needed and he ran from me to the atm where I arrested him. Then I took him to my vehicle where he broke character saying I'm calling an admin hopping out of my vehicle an excess of 10 times where I then aimed my gun at him told him to stop put him back in the vehicle he hopped out so I then fired one shot into him and he was proceed dead @Ali you even checked logs and seen it was one time I had that on my record before from about 4 months ago and @Ali said since it was one shot he let it slide but still gave me a warning point for Rdm and "Rda" the rda was false as he let the other play getaway with breaking characther, failrp, fearrp, Minging.

After reviewing this, it seems as though you didn't really have a reason to arrest him and if you "pulled him over" taking into account that he was on foot at the supermarket I don't think he would he known it was specifically for him since generally it is a populated place where multiple people stay at, nor is jaywalking something you should be pulling a tazer on a citizen for. As for him running away, if he ran to the ATM that doesn't seem like he's truly trying to evade police. when you had him handcuffed and were dragging him you could have gave him a ticket for Jaywalking and the situation would be done. We are here to deal with people who break the rules, not other players so taking justice into your own hands isn't an option no matter how long we take, as previously stated

as far as I see it Ali dealt with it properly with what he had.
