All my stuff is gone

my car and everything stored in the bank is gone. I had 3 stacks of coal 3 m1911's i had 1 metal workbench and 1 regular workbench... idk what happened i mean i prob wont get my refund because i have no evidence but i mean if you can do anything please do it.
