Everything that I am saying is what happened. Somebody said "$200 if someone pushes his car." and I prop pushed his vehicle. Nobody else besides our orgs were around and it was all in good fun. You can ask anybody there and everybody is confused by the ban. My reasoning for doing it was to have fun, but 7 days for when people do a lot worse doesn't seem quite right to me. Apparently I have priors, but not for prop pushing. I was given permission to, and it didn't hurt anybody. I already said I would cut it out but I was banned, was just having a good time with my org.

That is the truth we were literally with our org and allies messing around no one was around just us lot having a bit of harmless fun, no one was hurt in this session.

It was in an inclosed area of the map, if private area minging isn't allowed then the staff members listed: @Hazza @Mighty Meerkat @Some other moderator who was on last night should be demoted and banned, as they were on the roof of my house last-night flinging my car around and under the map, and overall being very mingy.
This is the most biased ban i've ever seen, some people who are very upset are just out to get Ambrozyk. @WhiteBlood literally has banned Ambro and another player Cho Nima multiple times for smaller offenses for whatever reason, and large times. It's outrageous and isn't very appealing to the staff-team.

I witnessed the act of prop-pushing. In his defense, there was an account of "Money for pushing". The vehicle did not harm anyone and nothing but friends were there to witness the crime. I, personally, have seen people get a much shorter term ban for VDM and or RDM and would like to see it either shortened or removed. So with that being said it was my vehicle. I was the owner of the BMW that was exploded. I could have cared less only for the fact of no injuries and that it was in good fun. I apologize for the wrong doing.

Doesn't matter where you proceed to break rules. If you are to break rules you will be punished accordingly, you already had prop pushing on your record so it wasn't your first offense. Gamz was instructed by higher staff to ban you for a week. Take this as a learning experience and not prop push next time.

@Clint Learning experience, more like general bias. I am not going to say what I did wasn't wrong, but 7 days. Staff has it out for me here, and it's depressing, considering I am a high profile member of the community controlling a big organization. If it was anybody else, a much more lenient sentence would've been given. $200 is $200.

@Clint As the forum rules states, those who aren't involved cannot reply to an unban appeal.

Along with that, it's very hypocritical for you to say don't break the rules, because it's not like you or other staff don't break the rules.

Either way you need to learn that this isn't DarkRP and you need to respect the rules.

Why would you think it's okay to slam a prop into a car and make it go flying? It doesn't matter if it was just you and your friends having a good time. You still broke the rules and you knew that when you did it. I was instructed from higher staff to ban you 1 week at the minimum. There is no bias in this situation.

Alright. From my personal experience with you and Cho Nima, you have been nothing but general minges. You never break major rules but the small stuff just keeps adding up. As for the prop pushing, this behavior is not acceptable regardless of if someone gives you permission or not, and regardless of location. There is no legitimate RP reason why cars should be flung around using a physgun and a prop.

This ban will stay, mainly as a warning. @Ambrozyk Edek I don't want to see you breaking any rules or hear of you breaking any rules. You've broken so many rules and caused so man bad rp sits. It's time for you to shape up or go.
