Request Reason: Breaking NLR and attempting to rdm us at casino for his stuff back. They are targeting us and admitted to it in forums as shown below. STEAM_0:1:422377339 or Bob Ross or Samuel Keem was the one who shot up the car of Atakan and killed him, he is seen in the video laying on the floor next to it. Then his 2 buddies I believe died too I have one's information down below. They also are exposed in screenshots as shown admitting to targetting us and actually doing it in the evidence provided. Not only that but also breaking NLR after dying and spawn trapping by killing me at hospital right after I respawned.

I don't know who you are and I quite frankly don't care who you are, I have no part in this "player targeting" thing. @Hex Kizak knows im chill with your org, but you're making one part of this more of a problem than it already needs to be.

1st clip: The reason why you got rdm'd at hospital is because of a prior incident that happened, where we chased you in that omni. We shot your car to bits then you jumped out and died in the water, we assumed that you went to suicide so you don't lose your items, so we went to the hospital and killed you to check if you had any items on you. After we found out that you didn't, we finished you off and apologised, paid off your medical bills and went on our way. [the only reason we thought you went to suicide was because we tried looting your container, and it just didnt let us click on it. It's not supposed to show up if the player is unarmed, it only does that when the player is drowned.] If staff was on this would've been handled through a sit, but of course there's never any on.

2nd clip: We were in the car dealership to KOS someone, then you pull up and start shooting us [which seemed to literally everyone on freq as RDM, since we didn't have any prior interaction in this life from what I know]. You killed us bla bla bla, no admins were on. We went to casino and you were in a safe zone with all of our stuff that you combat depoed

I admit that I completely disregarded NLR, but I never player targeted you [since i dont know who the hell you are], I never player targeted your org and the org leader knows this coz me my org chill with him, and I never harassed you [again since I dont even remember / know who you are].

Also the reason we killed you in the clip showing you dead was purely because you stood with an ak aimed at us in front of hospital after killing us talking trash. If you aim guns at people and talk trash to them that puts their life in danger because your barrel is aimed at their heads.

After reviewing the content of this report, I have made the following observations:

SUMMARY
Clip 1
@reckless can clearly be seen killing @LtWolf right as they respawn.

Clip 2
@LtWolf and @Bob Ross seem to have been RDM'ing outside of the car dealership. Based upon logs, no interaction occurred between the players being killed and those killing them within their current life.

@reckless , @Llama_77 , and others can be seen running into safe zone

@Bob Ross took place in an RDM at car dealership, along with @LtWolf . There was no prior interaction anywhere in logs in the victims' current life.

@Llama_77 , @reckless , and one other person I can't identify ran into casino with the intent to RDM @LtWolf

• @LtWolf will receive 1 warning point for RDM & Combat Deposit
• @Llama_77 will receive 1 warning point for breaking NLR and attempted RDM
• @Jordan Vercetti will have his case forwarded to the forum management team to determine his punishment, as he is already suspended.

Please note that in the future, an org war does not give you an excuse to violate rules:

• You can't RDM someone because you are in an org war
• You can't harass someone because you are in an org war
• You can't make an effort to ruin someone roleplay because you are in an org war
