Relevant Evidence:I let the server load in the background while i went to the bathroom when my little brother
started going crazy with my charracter.When i came back i was already banned.
Additional members involved/witnessing:i do not know who witnessed the action because as I said I wasn't at the computer.

You are responsible for what happens on your account, so whether it was "your brother" or not, you still face the consequences.

That is the oldest excuse in the book. I can't even begin to count how many times I've heard the "it was my brother" story.
Oddly enough, it rarely turns out to be true, so I have a very hard time believing you. Even if it was your supposed 'brother' as you say, it's your account so it is your responsibility what happens to it.
What guarantee do I have that your brother or perhaps your father won't jump on the computer and mess around if I unban you?

I am truly sorry for what happened . I will try my very best to pay more attention next time if you give me another chance. If you verify my log you will see that i am a serious player banned only once a long time ago for a small argument with a policeman.

Out of curiosity, why'd you wait five days before appealing it?

I didn't really have the courage to do it feeling that i will not get unbanned .
