Ban Reason: Metagaming

Relevant Evidence: I would like to see the video or any evidence on where I meta gamed, I don't think I've ever been banned for meta gaming so why did I get 5 days just for meta gaming? I don't remember me meta gaming at all and would like to see the evidence of me "meta gaming" I did get a ban for "raiding 3 bases and "possible meta" but I got unbanned and my ban appeal got accepted so why ban me for meta gaming now even though my other ban appeal got accepted? Can I also point out that Kyle Peters meta gamed yesterday and @ELIASS warned him for it and he got a ban of 18 hours for getting too many warnings, I find it unfair how I get 5 days I've never meta gamed or been banned for meta gaming until now.

1. I removed my video because it was no longer needed.
2. Throughout the entire video there was no meta-gaming that I could notice what so ever.
3. The time you heard me undeafen @Sam Wong slipped up and quickly fixed him self by repeating it over the radio.
4. I did not delete the video it is set as unlisted

I assumed that someone was a Wong because he had the exact same outfit and looked basically identical to you. Don't see how these two things compare.

They compare because they're both "meta gaming" and I got punished for it and you got punished for it but I got a 5 day ban you got a warning. I'm trying to say it's unfair so please don't reply to this ban appeal as you're not involved or tagged in it.

Who supplied you with the video link because I only sent one person the link. Then I had to re-upload it because my Nvidia Shadow Play doesn't upload videos correctly sometimes.

Let's not act like you have never metagamed before, you were warned for it back when you were mentor, lying will not help your situation. You have been apart of the community for so long and still seem to be making basic rule breaks expecting to only get a warning. You have many bans on record and warnings too so when you keep breaking these rules you will expect to see harsher punishments and eventually if you continue to ignore the rules, you may find yourself not being able to join the server again.

Instead of moaning on a thread that someone got a lighter punishment than you, stop constantly breaking rules and change your ways too not get punishments at all. Then you won't find yourself in this situation.

At the end of the day the punishment is up to the staff member dealing it. If they believe you should have a longer ban then they will give it you. We do not have a set punishment for each rule but there are guidelines and based on the severity of rulebreak and player record and playtime, we can determine an appropriate punishment for you.

Like previously stated your record is bad and you should know the rules by now with your time on the community.

And @xd stop making up lies about the video. It doesn't help the situation and quite frankly no one is buying your story.

I got a warning for meta gaming back when I was mentor which was like 2 months ago, I'm not ignoring rules at all I'm just trying to say that saying something in discord in a panic then saying it in the radio straight after is a 5 day ban? Yes I know my record is bad but I slipped up in discord then said it in the radio straight after, I just find it unfair how that's a 5 day ban that's worse than a serious RP server and Monolith is semi serious.

I can find serious rp servers that ban for 2 months for minor metagame. Point is you broke the rules and haven't learnt from last experiences so should take the consequences

But I have learned though? Why do you think in the video I say to Jack Sinclair to not raid the house because of cool down? I have to tell members sometimes to remind them to not break rules, and you say I aint learnt from breaking rules? All I did was say in discord that I got sniped in a panic then I say it in the radio straight after knowing what I did. @Gurrazor said he will look into this on the 4th so until then i'll just wait.
