Anyone know of at least one property that provides the farming xp bonus?

I don't have the money to experiment renting with different properties + wasting the seeds to find out which properties give the farming bonus, so does anyone know for sure of any properties that give the bonus?

I don't know if the mansions are still cheap to rent but they are great places. Other places Cookie Crests, President Bay lower alder basically

Crooke Cres have some that are buggy, but anywhere else that has a garden should be fine.

Crooked Cres is meh, you also have to grow in the front yard for it to work
