Yes, I did say you could appeal your ban later on. I did not say you would be unbanned. I thought your server ban was also permanent, but it is only 6 months.
With that in mind, you may appeal your forum ban, once your in game ban expires.

Until then, you will remain banned due to association with drama and malicious activity, from the forums and in game.
