apeal for getting unbanned

Question, how do i apply a apeal for getting unbanned? it says i was banned by a xstewart Reason avoiding raid.
i am fine with getting raided. i just leaft the server to avoid MetaGameing as they where breaking.

i was standing still not moveing an inche while i wayted for the lsd to cool down. then i heard a car just parked outside and i was still not moveing to not give away my position just in case. then 3 guys with AR 15's where barging in my appartment shouting for me to put my hands up even when i wasnt in view of them. i live 3 storys up the building with alot of different appartments. i had ither been outside for hours as i was leveling my chemical.
