Reason for Report:
Situation 1 -
So, my friend shot someone in bank, we asked him for reasons why we shouldn't kill him right there(as a joke), my friend got a weapon blacklist(not from Apecengo, but the blacklist isn't my report), so we were both taken in Police Cars to the Police Station and my friend was arrested, I was then taken into the database room as I had a Revolver on me, he searches me to double check and I only have the Revolver. He then searches the system for my name and it comes back that I have a license, however, my license was accepted as he was searching me. I say to him after, "lol, it just got accepted", so he turns around and takes me into the room again, makes me drop the pistol and proceeds to arrest me. By this point I could not explain my anger therefore I was saying thinks like, "no one likes Juan" etc.(within RP and partly from my OOC anger). Then I am arrested and sent to Prison.
End of Situation 1 | Reason - Taking Pistol, although I had a license and never used the gun.
Situation 2 -
My friend (in freq) was being chased by the police, we were at repair shop and the cop got out with a weapon. I ran him over (accidentally, but actually worked out in our situation), we went to Premium Locker at Casino to strap up and go back to kill Juan. We go back and it is clear, by this point our car is damaged, therefore we go inside to get repairs. Simultaneously, a Mobile Command Unit arrives at the repair shop. The officer gets out and pulls out a gun, we start shooting, he calls for backup and then Juan comes. The cop was low, however we didn't manage to get him, infact I had keys to his Police Van, so I unlocked it and got in with my friend, we drove outside and crashed, causing us to become Critical on the floor. They stabilize us and we are taken to the Police Station, we are then put in holding cells for around 5 minutes. My friend is then arrested. I am then taken out of the Holding Cell (after my friend is arrested) and taken into the Database Room so he can check for a license etc. I did not have a license. They are then counting up my sentence, and he decides to add, GTA and possession of a Class 3 into my sentence. First of all, I had keys to the police vehicle and was not told to stop, as we were heavily outnumbered in terms of weapons. Secondly, I had a Makarov, my friend had a SCAR-H.

Evidence to support your claim: I do not have evidence for Situation 1, however I have mentioned witnesses below. For Situation 2 I got a video of him saying what my sentence was (do not have a microphone, that is why you cannot hear any voice, I type instead and you can see that in the video) - Situation 2 Evidence
