Reason for Report:
[5.1] - 6 [Using Drug Location Frequency as reason for suspicion/search] Infraction(?)
The start of the situation was when Apecengo was pulling in behind me at docks contraband dealer as Police Chief. After leaving my car parked near the cargo bins my car was clamped then a warrant was issued upon me. I asked Apecengo in character via iMessage what the reason for my warrant was. At that time he responded with "." and "..." which was a method of making the pinging noise so he knew where at inside the bins I was. He walks into the cargo-bin I am in behind me, tells me to put my hands up (which I did) and then tazed me after. {Sadly this video was corrupt but logs would show this information}
During my arrest Apecengo was killed by 2~3 random civs that pulled up to mug me but ran into the cops. After Apecengo was killed I messaged the Mayor (Connor Sin) and he cleared my warrant without hesitation.
My car was still clamped however and they let me go. Around 10~15 minutes later I return to my car with a lockpick to lockpick the clamp and thus ensues this video:
This video shows how far away the cop was from the scene yet called it in as I was lockpicking my car however there is no way possible the cop would be able to see clearly that I was lockpicking it nor that I had a lockpick in my hand.
I was then arrested by Apecengo and Sgt. Perdue (Sgt. Perdue - STEAM_0:0:156958431 - MEGA MONGOL) for lock picking my car and driving it (which so far, they had no clear indicator that I lock picked it) I got out of the car and complied with demands due to FearRP and from there they then cuffed and looked into my inventory where they found the evidence. However they were using the assumption that I lockpicked it (without seeing me doing it) simply because I was driving it and surely was the only one who would lockpick my car. I tried to RP out of the situation which can be seen here:
In this video there are a few key things that should be noted.
Apecengo and the other officer involved, Sgt. Perdue, was unable to provide evidence of them seeing me clearly lockpick my car (which they should be able to provide if that is the reason for the initial arrest)
They used the fact that my car was clamped for the past 10~15 minutes as evidence to why I shouldn't be driving it and the reason why my initial arrest took place. They did not once try to RP out of the situation when I told them "Why don't you investigate the people walking around the docks?" instead pinned it on me assuming that I'm the only one who has gone there within 10~15 minutes which is unrealistic with the amount of people that were online.
Apecengo told me I was required to drop my pistol which I had license for, my pistol was never returned to me. As per what Ber506 said they should have given me it back since that's what would happen in a real world situation.
Apecengo attempted to give me extra time in jail because I was wearing a "mask". Video Timeline:
This mask was the clothing piece that I was wearing which is the white balaclava. Throughout the whole discussion with them I never processed the fact that he was talking about that being the mask and assumed I had a mask in my inventory; which I did not after I look into the past videos. Luckily, Sgt. Perdue stepped in and stated that he did not see a mask and that situation was voided. However this situation should show the power trip Apecengo had going on.
Time of Occurrence: 3:30ish PM UTC + 3:00
Evidence to support your claim: See above reason; two youtube clips that demonstrate possible powergaming and FailRP. They couldn't see that I lockpicked my car nor could provide evidence that I was the one who lock picked it until after they arrested me for driving my car; which at the time I was legally obligated to do so since I did not have a warrant and had a legal drivers license. Another being that Apecengo made me give up my pistol during interrogation to confiscate it without returning it afterwards even though I had a gun license.
Additional members involved/witnessing: Zorian Lenone - STEAM_0:1:12949893 (next to me during the lockpick situation), Johnny Perdue - STEAM_0:0:156958431 (Cop who defended that I wasn't wearing a mask)
