I completely understand I broke a rule but was it really necessary to drop me 10 feet high from the ground? I also confronted him about it and he just told me that I wasn't allowed to go up roof and didn't even revive me or apologize? is as if he did that purposefully... What if I would've gotten raided that same moment and lost all my stuff and such? Anyways the video itself gives majority of the context.

You were previously told by @Mr.Alex to not climb on top of the roof, that's why I chose to punish you as if you had slipped.

It was very intentional, instead of giving you warning points, I opted for the fall.

What if I would've gotten raided that same moment and lost all my stuff and such?

That would have been part of the punishment.

Hello 0ef,

You have been in this community long enough to know that you cannot boost on roofs like that as a civilian. You broke this rule which provides you with an advantage over others that respect these rules. You deserved some punishment, especially since you were already apparently told by another staff member not to do this again. This punishment by Apecengo was a fair alternative to something such as warning points or another form of punishment that you could have been given based on your history. I do not believe @Apecengo was in the wrong for basically slaying you as that would probably be the preferable choice over determining the punishment for an offense someone has been already warned for whilst taking into account their punishment history. I do not believe it was completely necessary to drop you from the air, but @Apecengo will next time use the slaying command. Other than that he did not abuse his powers.
