So what happend was i was talking to @jeff fisher then i saw my friend shooting at the chiefs car, i helped him and started shooting the car as well, then the chief got out of his car and started shooting which got me to a 3 day ban? i didn't even kill the guy... all i did was to help my org member shoot the car up

The whole reason why i had shot the officer at the start was because at first i noticed the vehicle from a distance (near the intersection) also realizing that my friend @Pester had of course a gun out. I then notice the officer slowing his vehicle and from my POV that officer was looking straight at Lester i can back this up in the video at the time 0:05 in which you can see the officer stop in the middle of the road maybe trying to get a description on what he looks like(the person in the sit denied this but thankfully now we have video evidence), i then of course take reaction and initiate to save my friend from both either getting shot or getting arrested. I feel that we both we're wrongfully punished and now that we have evidence to backup what i was claiming maybe you could reconsider the punishments.

I was the Police Chief that was shot at let me give my side of the story. I had just gotten off the highway and was driving past hospital. I did not see you guys over by the hospital. The reason for me slowing down is because I collided with the speed limit sign on the side of the road. When you look up in your video you can see the end of me reversing away from it and starting to drive again. I suddenly start taking shots from one of you guys and then it turns into all three of you shooting at me. I tried to drive away as far as I could until my tires got popped and then I had no choice but to get out and try to fight back, at which point you guys killed me. At no point in this situation did I ever initiate against you guys. Now lets talk about some of the lies in the admin sit. When Issac brings one of you to the sit and asks why you opened fire on me your respond with saying that you were in a gun fight with the cops (clearly seen in this video you were not fighting any police prior to shooting me.)

Then later in the sit somebody says your group had not been in a fire fight with the cops. I pull up the chat from earlier where one of you says you had been fighting the cops, and then you try to claim you did not say that.

That is my side of the story and the sit pretty much summed up.

At no point in the video clip nor from what i saw in that situation you reversing your vehicle

Alright, I'll explain my reasoning here as well.

I issued the ban because at no point did the chief initiate on you. Him stopping his car is not and will never count as initiation. Yes, you could have shot the chief if he had gotten out of his car or otherwise initiated, however him slowing down is not a reason to shoot at him. This and this alone was the reason for the bans. I brought and gave punishments to everyone that had dealt damage to the chief during this situation as everyone is guilty. If you are shooting at police it is your responsibility to know why and to have a valid RP reason to do so, which you did not in this situation.

Denied, this is flat RDM in my eyes and your buddy did lie to me in the sit about a firefight, which I decided to not punish them for.
