Right so what happend was that we were heading to supermarket when my freind got vdmed, i jumped out to kill the guy who vdmed him but some guy came up with a m1911 to my face and started shooting. i pulled my gun out when he started shooting since fearrp dosen't apply when getting shot. i don't see how this is fearrp, if anyone he should be punished for not giving me enough time to react.. his intend was obviously just to kill me so he can get my gun

so we drove to supermarket and i wanted to get out i got out and one guy vdmed me and lester wanted to "arrest" him but he got out and started shootin him so lester had a valid reason to kill him

Just saying, but it does show Lester about 1second away from pulling his gun out when he said "Hands up!" so it was probably just an impulse to pull out the gun

yep i originally was going to pull it out to kill the guy who ran over my friend

OK now that i have audio to work with in this evidence it was noted that hands up was not said until after you were out of the vehicle and had gun pulled. therefore this ban appeal is ACCEPTED
