Just gonna start off with saying I was really tired writing the last appeal so it didn't really explain stuff.
What happend was that I died at bank (not hospital not sure why you thought that, pretty sure there was a recording to so you can see I didn't)
I went to the parking lot at underground toilets to spectate the shootout that my friends were having with cops, I do admit that I physgunned one cop and that's all, I don't even think it helped them anyways since they know he was behind the car.
After they killed the cop I physgunned there was one last cop proning at the highway, I thought they killed the last cop since I heard him taking like 2 m14 bullets. Apparantly that was not the case because I couldn't see him since he was proned. I spammed the camera on him (by accident) and I don't even think it effected the situation in any way

I didn't really NLR, I did FailRP by accident and I physgunned a cop with the intend to help them (didn't help them anyways)
I still don't think the punishment is really fair, 2 weeks for FailRP by accident and using my physgun as a pointer (think it's my first offend on that one)

I don't expect to be unbanned but can I at least have it shortened a slight?

As I was the one who reported s00L for his violations, I promised to Gamz I would keep the recording for this moment as we both knew that is what he would do.

In the recording below I was undercover as a detective staying back so I don't get confused for the attackers, the first half of the video shows s00L clearly aware of the shooters positions within the hospital with the camera out and then using his PhysicsGun laser to point in the direction of where the police officer was taking cover. The second half of the video shows an attack moving out of the hospital to take cover behind the red supercar in disabled parking to then fire upon an officer who was on the highway behind barriers, s00L then spammed the camera flash while rushing at the officer.

There is no way that either of s00L's claims a true, it is a blatant lie to say he "accidentally" spammed the camera flash towards the defending officer.

You literally ran towards the cop spamming your camera. You knew what your intentions were. I don't know how you could call that an accident.

Your ban will not be shortened and it will be extended by 3 days for lying on your appeal. Denied
