I hit my wallet with my mouse causing me to click and shot someone who had a robbery bag on them once by accident during a bank raid as a detective and I apologised immediately. He pulls out a gun and starts shooting at me so I kill him, I then get pulled into a sit for RDM. Killing him afterwards was not RDM because he attempted to kill me.

Hey there Drugz,

thank you for providing the video recording of the incident in the bank. In this you can clearly see that you have shot him without him being a direct threat towards your life. You were therefore dealing damage without being permitted to do so by the rules.

Due to your priors, especially RDM related ones, i was in fact sure that you would know the killing rules, as you were cautioned about them in the past. As i already stated ingame - I get where you're coming from, but walking into a place with your gun drawn and then just open fire upon someone looks rather trigger happy to me.

The ban was not mainly about the RDM. You've cut out the parts of the video where you constantly talked over me or when you repeatedly disrespected the ticket creator. You were mainly banned on the basis of that.

As i fail to see your understanding of the ban or the understanding of you wrongdoing i will deny this appeal.
