Hello @uwu ,

I appreciate you taking the time to fill out a ban appeal and take two days to consider your actions in regard to your recent ban. Regarding your ban appeal, you were banned for Fail Roleplay (5th Offence+) and no intent to roleplay while on the server. You have multiple offences on record of you breaking rules especially roleplaying incorrectly with the job you are on, @uwu why should I consider reducing your ban despite you clearly violating the rule multiple times despite being aware of breaking the rule? Yes, you have apologised but if your ban was reduced are you more likely to violate these same rules?

@SCOTTISH Thank you for reviewing my appeal.

In your question why I should be unbanned, I thought about my ban, and what I did. I know that I have a large history of breaking these rules, but since the punishments will be longer than 1 month, I will be thinking about what I should be doing in that situation instead. I wanted to break my friend out, I will next time do it in RP and not break the rules that I did.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, your ban appeal will be accepted but UNDER these conditions:

• If you violate fail roleplay in a job ( Government Jobs ) you will receive an automatic two-week blacklist from the job without appeal
• If you violate fail roleplay, in general, you will receive punishment decided by the staff member with stricter punishments

Note: These conditions will last for a two week period, starting from 4/11/2019 to 18/11/2019

Despite these conditions put in place, I hope that you follow the rules of the server, you are not a new offender and these conditions may seem strict but these are set in place to reform and prevent you from violating the server rules. I may reduce the time of these conditions set but until then they will be set as detailed above.
