Blacklist Reason: RDM
Unblacklist Reason: So to start this off. I understand you told me to wait before appealing. I thought about what happened in the raid. To start it off, we lockpicked in, the person inside started to imessage people for help. Their friends arrived but died. They also never opened the door to our demands. We made it clear that if she opens the door she would live. As my friends already shot her, she ignored our requests saying "you will have to lockpick it." Then proceeded to call us "fucking children." She/he verbally assaulted us, not wanting to open the door and called for backup. I feel that the kill was valid. If it was not valid, or it was semi valid. I would like a reduction or removal of this blacklist. If I am in the wrong I will sit out the blacklist. I aswell feel that my last thing for rdm was around 20 days ago, maybe more. The blacklist was really weird and was removed. I was mayor and my ss lit someones car and we both got punishment.


(I used she/he because at the start it was a feminine voice and at the end it was a more deeper masculine voice.)

You did not bring these claims up when I had previously discussed the situation and punishment with you. Do you have any evidence to corroborate your claims? Due to you not posting any evidence with the appeal I will assume that you don't.

As I had stated prior, you cannot put someone under FearRP through a wall telling them to open up a door.

FearRP applies when you are exposed to at least two or more held (actively held, not in holster/on back) weapons, whereof at least one is directly pointed at you / off safety.

Furthermore, the person is not a viable threat to you if they are just standing on the other side of a wall with their hands up without a gun as they had stated numerous times.

You should have listened to your friend who told you not to just shoot them through the wall. The weapons blacklist will remain, as a reminder that you need to stop consistently breaking rules.
