Why should the point(s) be removed: So, I killed a detective that was cuffing me and ticketing me. Before I did the kill I asked in help chat and @Afash told me I am allowed too so I killed him after that I got warned for RDM. I had a knife, and lockpick on me

This is not allowed as I stated during the sit. You kept arguing in the sit, demanding I quoted the rules. Read up on them and you wouldn't have this issue.

So you disregarded me correcting him because it allowed you to kill? You clearly saw it so why disregard it?

Not sure why you felt the need to include this. You weren't searched or arrested, so why kill them AFTER releasing you?

No he doesn't. Rule 2.2.9 states: you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you

If you're cuffed and released or imprisoned, you are not allowed to kill the officer.

I don't know why you tagged me, but OK. Please refer below to the conversation and keep in mind the timestamp "all within one minute". Shimax corrected me, as I didn't read the detective part -as I was writing that response-, and I thought you were being kidnapped.

You have been playing on monolith for a long time now and should know the server rules, in this situation @Afash responded to the information that was given to him at the time because the second part of your message clearing things up where only a second apart seeing how he could be misleading in his response without a full situation, in the future I would recommend giving more information in your !help messages for a more appropriate response. Regarding the warning point, Shimax was quick to respond as well clarifying your !help message all of this was done within the same minute where you should have been able to see the message. Due to you being a long-time player and not giving a more accurate !help description I am confident in @Shimax ツ punishment that was given for this situation.
