Dude failed to properly handle my ticket and later banned me for mic spamming, which I wasn't even doing. I was in PD being chased by an officer and was taunting him. Then, I was randomly banned out of nowhere. I had a playlist in the background which might've accidently come through my mic, but I don't know if it did or not as nobody told me. It's not against the rules to have playlist in the background while playing the game.

I believe this dude is failing to accurately take account of the events because of my report on him

You were mic spamming and have an EXTENSIVE record of doing so. You were playing very loud music from your mic. I literally just banned you for this a couple days ago. Please provide evidence of you not mic spamming and I will unban you and apologize for the inconvenience.

I literally didn't mic spam. As I said earlier, I was being chased around in PD and was taunting the officers when they were trying to tase/cuff me. My stuff must've come through, and nobody told me otherwise. I know I have a record of mic spamming and take full responsibility for it, but this was not one of those incidents. If it came through, that's my bad but I just had it in the background while playing the game and was unaware it was leaking through. I frequently have weird issues where people's voices repeat through my mic when in discord calls.

I wasn't recording at this time, so I cannot provide you video evidence against it. Although again, this was one of the times where I genuinely was not mic spamming.

Sorry, but what I heard was mic spam. It wasn't anyone's voice just loud music. You have had too many warnings of mic spam for me to believe you. You can make another appeal in 3 days.
