This is my only incident but was headed back to the police station getting ready for booking and my connection dropped out because of the local weather..

When I got back in the server (I thought I was going to respawn inside the police station back to where I lost it) I immediately stated my connection problem and tried reaching out to admin but it dropped a 2nd time..

Please revoke this ban - it was due to issues with my network not because I was afraid to sit for 5 minutes in jail.

This ban was put in place because both disconnections were not only obviously because you were avoiding losing illegal substances in your inventory, but because the disconnections were by user. They were not by timeout. The server will inform us if you disconnect on purpose.

The type of connectivity issues you were describing do not allow you to reconnect 7 seconds after you disconnected, conveniently before your items were confiscated.

Aaron Informed me of the LTARP, Happened more then once I was told and logs confirmed this. If it was a timeout, logs would of stated this.
