Date and time of loss: ~6:34 PM CST 1/29/19
What happened: I wanted to switch out my neon kit's one of my cars (Caddillac Elegante is the inital car who had the neon) and as I went to return to stock and receive the money: it did not give anything back. This is an honest refund request. I have received refunds before and switched out kits back in Paralake so I assume it's a bug. My request is for you to go back and look at the logs before please.

What do you need refunded: I am short of a $35,000 refund for my purple neon kit that was on my cadillac.

Just saying, I had this happen to me in Paralake (Check my previous Refund Requests) and DevulTj said it's supposed to be that way and I got denied.

Your refund request has been denied.

Reason: Your refund request does not meet the requirements set in our refund request guidelines. We are not able to refund items that are not lost due to a server-side or rule-break issue. The only item in the car modification shop that prompts you regarding you getting refunded for the parts are the engines due to them not working well on every vehicle. The rest unless they prompt you the contrary do not refund you once you change them, and that is how the system is made to work. When you switched the neon on your car back to stock for 0$ you were essentially buying that in place of your previous one.
