There is a difference between calling someone a clown in a joking matter and constantly posting clowns with intentions to insult the other person. You are constantly posting it to insult an opposing party and in situations where you don't agree with what happened. You have been warned for doing this already and only have been muted for 1 day.

When it comes to ICEKILLER it was not my ban and he was not banned for posting a clown. He got banned over something totally different.

After reviewing your chat logs through Discord, you used the clown emoji when referring to Arroyo's previous message containing some Christmas emojis.

You also posted the emoji twice, along with this statement:

From this, I have determined that Arroyo was well within his right to remove your posts from the Discord and issue a 1 day mute for the behavior displayed. Continue this harassment towards any staff member, and I will have no choice but to remove you from our services. Your personal grievances with a staff member should be brought up through the appropriate channels, not on the #general chat in Discord.

As for the warning, Arroyo has been reminded to provide a verbal warning to cease any activity that violates our Discord rules, provided the activity is not causing immediate harm.
