The other screenshots show that he decided to leave the screen and about a few minutes he despawns his car tow avoid the impound.
A few seconds before this picture, the car was right behind me.

@binobluu has failed to respond within the time frame so this report will be taken without their input.

Unfortunately there is insufficient evidence to prove that he shot at you (from logs), but from the pictures provided, they did attempt to engage you in some sort of altercation. As for the disconnect/car disappearing, it appears the player timed out from the server, meaning they lost connection. Therefore I cannot punish them for attempted RDM nor LTARP. But, for future reference, that player shall not point any sort of weapon at you as a result of towing their car. Take this as a verbal warning @binobluu.
