Power Outtage in Southern California. The only other evidence is using the website for the electricity company Southern CA Edison, the area I am in is near San Francisco, you can see there are a lot of outages going on in this area (CA in general, our shit infrastructure lol) compared to the other half of the United States. https://downdetector.com/status/sce/map/

I record using Xbox Game bar so when the power went out the recording stopped. So this is all I have of it:
