Request Reason: Tried using OOC (Out of Character) info, to gain ahead in RP to lower the cost of my repairs. I asked multiple times for him to show me the rules saying I couldn't do that, he never answered. He then proceeded to impersonate a community manager, to then even further try to get what he wanted, threatening to demote me. The evidence proves this. He is currently a mentor of Monolith RP.

Regarding the Player Report, before I decide on server rules that were violated in this situation I would like to state/ask the following:

@HuskyD0Gz - The max limit in which a person can charge for a repair is set at $500 as stated under Player Versus Player 2.2.16.

You may not force mechanics to repair a vehicle at gunpoint, unless they are charging you more than 500$ or you are in an urgent situation that warrants it.

@Ava Dawn - Could you please elaborate on the choice of words you have used in this situation.

Just to briefly elaborate on my statement for rule 2.2.16, technically you can charge a higher amount but the max limit in which you can charge is $500 as set in server rules if the mechanic were to charge higher than the set amount it allows the user to further roleplay e.g. forcing them to repair the vehicle etc.

To conclude,

Following reviewing the evidence and claims provided within this Player Report I can see elements of rules violations but I do not see them at a degree of issuing punishment, I believe as if the statement from Ava Down was wrong and they shouldn't have said that which they have explained was a mistake of words.

I can also understand the confusion around the rule 2.2.16 as most players deem this as the limit in which they can charge, the rule is just outlining if a mechanic charges over that set price then other forms of getting your vehicle repaired can be used. Please make sure to stay in character within these situations, if you are trying to refer to server rules whilst roleplaying you can change the word rules to handbook or law.
